we are plus members from Illinois and supposly there is a Tornado warning and they are telling customers to sit in their cars until 5:30 even though a tornado warning. everyone went back in except Angie Manager. said the warning is until 6:00 pm and come back . they close at 6:00 pm. I paid with the scan and go app. My phone crashed while waiting line to exit. I was sent to Member Services to see if they could get my receipt from my payment and they refused to help me because I didn’t have my physical card on me. That’s why I have the app - so I don’t have to carry my card. They can pull up my account any other time with my drivers license, I don’t know what made this time so different. Yesterday I picked up one of the cakes from the bakery at Sam’s Club in Cicero, today we were cutting it and eating it, and then realized there were hair cuttings on the cake. We did not open it at the store and it remained closed until we cut it today. The hairs have to be from the store/bakery. This is GROSS!

RecommendedShoutout to the bakery department on Alpine. My husband went in for groceries and wasn't able to get an apple pie because they were hot out of the oven. He proceded to shop and when he got to the checkout, the gal from the bakery brought him a giant apple pie. The only way she had to identify him was his peace sign mask so we were impressed and the family was pleased to get their pie. Five Stars for customer service!!
RecommendedThey have more meats, tp and paper towels here than they do at the Roseville store. Had to wait in line outside though at 10:30am on Wednesday morning.
Went there Sunday(5/17). Was a mad house. 0 Social distancing measures. No sanitizing stations. Very disappointed.
RecommendedI ordered product on line went to the store did some shopping went to the register paid. The workers were nice friendly. Told them i had a pickup there went and got my order it was quick in easy. with the expectation if i order something or a customer orders something online do give them damaged product. spent 20 extra returning on purchase to just to get a refund and go get the product off the self and stand at the register agian to pay for it again.
