Didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the stuff for my daughters birthday cake and cupcakes!
Very poor customer service. Automotive department refused to exchange a dead battery that was in warranty. Had receipt and there are signs stating this warranty. Had to call customer service in order to get a new one. Unbelievable management service at this store; its awful.
