we placed the order for our daughters cake got a phone call week later that they could not fill the order with what we had place because they no longer could get the product, they could substitute we agreed we picked the cake up today and it was just done and a mess it was not neat not pretty by any means the screen sheet was all wrinkled the corners were not even the handwriting was all bunched up and look like my 4th grader wrote it I am extremely unhappy with the way the cakes are being done in the past 6 months

I have a business license and love doing my shopping early in the morning when the store is empty. Love their rotisserie chickens. They are great and the price is awesome. Can't beat that in any of the grocery stores. The store is always clean, and for the most part, most of the staff are courteous.

We bout the Sams club membership for $45 under the promotion that we would get a $25 gift card, pizza, cookies and chips and salsa for $1. Get there and surprisingly no one know about the promotion even though I showed them the email. Go figure

I don't know what was going on but the lines were RIDICULOUS! Elizabethtown, KY has self checkout... wonder why Waldorf hasn't gotten it together. I usually love coming to Sam's but it has been a pain in the new year. What gives?

So let's be clear. If I order a cake and my order isn't there for the specific cake and style the manager (Miguel) doesn't think I should be compensated for my time (an hour late to my son's birthday party) or my money I spent which wasn't even an issue but the thought would've been cool at least (even an apology). Do better Sam's Club, so better...
