I tried to buy a $350 chair tonight but could not get any help. I wanted to try chair out but they would not get one from the warehouse. Ask to speak to a manger and no one came to help. I know Sam's Club don't need my $350 and that is a good thing cause they're not going to get it!!! Dudley Etheridge

To bad you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to help in the tire department, I left tired of the wait will buy that $100 dollar battery elsewhere. Should not have to stand while they page 3 times and 4 employees a the the service counter not doing much!

I love shopping at Sams Club. I can always find what I need. The staff very helpful and friendly. The vendors sociable and informative about the product they are selling.

Every time I go in to shop, there is molding rotting produce. I have talked to the manager before about this issue in where the produce needs to be refrigerated. It's obvious, that nothing will be done about it. Plus every time I go in DirecTV tries to sell me service. I had a staff member tell me, they are just trying to make their sales. If I want DirecTV, I will call them. I don't want to be asked every time I step in the doors of Sam's club!!
