Thank you to Mr Georges and Ms LaDonna for taking time to help me search for a lost ID card. Although it wasn’t at Sam’s (but was found at another place) they were both friendly and took time to search , and this was after the store closed and I am sure they had end of shift duties to finish before they went home. Horrible customer service. I either have to check out my own items or endure a sour face cashier.
I wish I knew the names of the two ladies but I didn’t catch them but they were so helpful and nice to me on Saturday when I had issues with my debit card & my cell phone. I really appreciate them.
