Went there for a battery change and the guys were nice but not knowledgeable. They told me they couldn’t do it cause my battery was in the back. I tried to tell them my 12 volt was under my hood but I wasn’t gonna stand there and argue. I went to Walmart and they changed my battery, under the hood right away.
Bravo was very kind and serviced me from beginning to end.
