I had new Good Year tires put on at the Kentwood location, as well has 4 new tire sensors. Tires are great! The sensors have not worked correctly since they put them in. We have been back weekly to try and get them fixed. This week we went back and they said they aren't working because the tires have a slow leak?! Mind you, none of them have lost any pressure. Lazy young people. Won't serve you without appt even if no one else there. Would def go elsewhere for tires. No appt needed at Costco. Work you in. Ended up with flat tire because they woukd not even look at low tire when all stalls empty and 3 workers standing around talking and laughing. In town because dr appt, live 45 min away. Purchased tires at Sam's with roadside hazard. Need to train employees how to treat customers esp with proble. And no o e else there. DO NOT USE SAMS CLUB KENTWOOD FOR TIRES, ESP IF A WOMAN

I took my vehicle here so they can patch a flat tire at 9am. I was told they were busy but if I left my tire with them and switched to my spare, they would patch it up. I went to work and waited all day but received no phone call. At 3PM, I drove there to see if it was done and they hadn’t even started on it yet. I had to take my tire elsewhere to be worked on. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will be canceling my Sam’s Club membership and going to Costco instead for now on.
