The store manager Willie Hinton has terrible customer service and people skills. I have filed a complaint with the way he handled my purchase of a 60 inch television on 2/18/14. If the leader of the store can't even provide good service, how can he expect his team to.
Hearing a ton of complaints about racism and bias. I'm not sure if I want to keep shopping there.
Very tired of people complaining of racist employees in this store. Your company need to invest in a professional development in regards to culture and race. We all bleed red blood and spend green cash. You will soon loose a lot of consumers due to this.
