This Sam's is great. It is nice and clean. You should use the scan and go function of sam's club app to be in and out.

Ive been waiting for 1.5 hours for my pick up order. I am definitely checked in, everyone else has been here for 1+ too, some people have been here longer than me. People are going to war over the spots in pick up. There are only 20 spots, and theyre bringing out maybe an order or two every 15 minutes. There's 6 items in my order. I called 10 minutes ago and asked if I could come in and get it, they said no, and the reason it was so backed up was because everyone got here at once. I have NEVER waited for then 5 minutes. Today 30+. Called to cancel and was told to do on app. Couldn't do on app so had to go in store. Girl would not help me said talk to them. Pointing at yellow vest peeps. I asked a nice lady who Couldn't help me but got someone who could. Finally got it canceled with Gabe. Smh it should not take that long for a pick up order. .

Arrived at 4:00 for my 4-5pm order pick-up. Every pick-up spot was full with people either inside Walmart or Sams Club shopping, circled the spots until finally just pulling into a spot across from a numbered spot and using that number. It was about 4:45 at this point, didn't see any employees coming in or out. At 5:10 I went into the store and asked for my order, was informed that it had not been pulled yet even though the email was sent to me at 3:45. Was verbally assaulted in the warring area because half of your spaces are taken up by people who decide they can’t be bothered to walk further then 2 feet to the door and absolutely NO ONE monitors the pickup order area. We have been waiting for more than half an hour and STILL do not have our order. This is absolutely unacceptable that not only can you not be on time but your customers and members are being harassed by others in the parking lot over parking as well.
