The staff is great and vary helpful with all my needs!! And that in itself keeps me going back..only real complaint is never enough registers open when the rush of the morning begins..but all in all great store!
I ordered a tv on November 11th and have not received it yet. The shipping company has given me the run around since the order supposedly shipped. This is ridiculous. 1 month and no tv, great job sams club...

Tire prices were good but they don't have enough help. Waiting 2 hours and they just started on it. I had an appointment.
