I always love going to Sam's. I love going on a Saturday that is when you get to taste some of the delicious food items they have for sale you can taste before you buy them.

How do you have person working in your photo department that knows nothing about the online ordering of photos? I guess she's just there to print out photos and if your customer's are having difficulties after following all the steps to the online ordering, it's not her problem! You need to get her trained on how to do the online ordering, how to trouble shoot and who to call if there is a problem! Just wasted the last hour with someone who had no clue! Frustrated!
