I ordered a set of telephones from Sam's Club on-line on October 31, 2015. I received a notice on Nov. 2 that they had been shipped to me from a Sam's Club Warehouse in Temple, TX and that I should receive them by Nov. 9. Today, is Nov. 12, and I still do not have my phones, and I am told by Sam's "customer service" (and I use that term loosely) that there is "a problem" with the warehouse in Texas, and my phones have not yet been shipped. I just love Sam's! It has everything you can think of! And extremely convenient!
Me and my husband have only been Sam's members for couple months and we love it! I love how I can look up the prices of groceries on the app on my phone so I know whether the better deals are at the grocery store out at Sam's. AND the online grocery ordering! What an amazing time saver! The employees and the customer service is above and beyond the norm. Overall Sam's is great! Anyone who doesn't have a membership is missing out :)
