RecommendedSo came in to store and was told plus members get a free car wash and the day i come was told they canceled it so are they or not not giving no notice to members of any sort very disappointed

The store was fine. My problem was tire part. I had appointment at 9 and was told 1 hour to install 4 tires. After 2 hours I was given excuses like- not enough workers and system was down so they had to manually do everything. Hmm it doesn’t take 2 hours to manually change 4 tires. And not enough workers is bad management scheduling. None of it was a good excuse for the long wait
No real problems inside but why is it everytime I come to put gas and get a car wash one of the wash bags are always down as much money as Sams/walmart bring in on revenue u can't pay someone to fix it? Or is the associated outside are just 2 lazy 2 maintain it

Yes, the gas price was under $2.00, and at that time of day it wasn't crowded. Then inside the store I was able to get in an out quickly.
We like sams. You do need to have more people at the registers. The one in Harlem heights always has three or more registers open. We dread sams in temple because of the line!
