I mean it's big it's overwhelming it's a bit audacious but overall if you do the math you do save lots of money I had my smartphone with me and did lots of price comparisons on things like Amazon in real time and it truly was more cost effective to buy there from Sam's. But you got to think you're also putting the little guy in peril
Ordered a cake with the Cub emblem on it. Went to pick it up at the last minute I had and the emblem had slipped and had a wrinkle in it. The Happy Birthday looked like Maw instead of Marv. I told cashier about how disappointed I was. I could go back and have it redone. Well I didn't have the time. They knew it was that way they should have redone it before I picked it up. The guy in the bakery said that's how they turn out!!!!! I won't be ordering cakes from them!!
I use the click and pull service often at Sam's club in Decatur and appreciate the great customer service I get each time I pick up my order, even when there are issues. My sole reason for using this service is that i am busy, and it ultimately saves me time. Alonta' is a people person, a multi-tasker, she puts out fires and just goes out of her way to make my visit a great experience. This young lady is awesome, and the Decatur team is lucky to have her!
