I was very impressed when Leslie went out of her way to help my son get a trial pair of contacts until his eye dr would see him on the next appt. His eye dr didn't care that he wouldn't have anycontacts to wear to school. I am definitely considering seeing this eye dr.

If you are not going to answer the main number, then give each department their own phone number. You are losing business since people can't get through to talk to a person. Very frustrating for the customer.
