Unprofessional and rude associates. Has gone to hell since Chris left and the new manager took over. It’s a joke. They need to be shut down. Hire someone who knows how to run a club. Management all needs training in how to talk to people. Sam Walton would fire them all. What a disgrace to the sans name. They hire anyone who applies and can’t keep anyone.
Very unprofessional makes appointments and just does not show up. We drove for 1 hour for two different appointments and he was a no show!! Said that he called to cancel but that was not true — we had no missed calls or messages! We were in the club last week so I thought I would get my hearing aids cleaned. He became very defensive and would not clean my hearing aids! He said he had just sat down to eat and that I could make an appointment or come back in 1 hour. I placed an order for a 10-inch round birthday cake (purple with black trim) and cupcakes (purple and green) for my child’s birthday party on Friday, November 29th. When I arrived to pick up my order, everything was wrong. The bakery staff on duty blamed the day shift for the mistake and assured me the order would be remade.
