If I could give a zero I would. Melanie the pharmacist won't go out of her way. 1 in to help a customer she's dismissive and rude. When I I called twice confirming my prescriptions before I came. Had arrived from the doctor. Was told they did. Did not notice. I had received my text but had told the pharmacist that I would be there between 4:00 and 5:00 when I got to the pickup parking spot she refused to bring it out to me even though I'm already set up and she knew it was in there. Love using Sam’s Pharmacy! We use our plus membership price which is cheaper than our ins.
Omg! I'm going give them 3 star for right now . This lady told me she switched from walgreens & she will never go back . So starting 2024 I'm switching to Sam
