I called on 9/5 to fill my dogs prescription. Immediately received a call back about how it was out of stock and it would take about a week to fill. Last year during this same time it took about two weeks so instead of bothering i gave them time and waited for them to call or for two weeks to hit for me to call and check well i called this afternoon and now they have no record of me calling or my prescription even though i have phone records showing they called me 9/5 afternoon about placing the order for it. I love this pharmacy. The staff recognize me & are totally on top of my refills! The pharmacists are professional as well as personal. Even if I'm just shopping & not picking up a prescription they recognize me & always say hello & ask me how I'm doing! Thank you Sam's pharmacy for making me feel important!💞
