Better than the other pharmacy’s in the area but not good. poor customer service. they never have an answer for anything! They will tell you they have your medication and it’ll be ready in 20 minutes then you’ll get a text saying it’ll be a few days. Mind you this will be after you’ve called in for a refill, your doctor also sent a refill in, and you have been out of a very very necessary medication for 3 weeks at this point. I called on 9/5 to fill my dogs prescription. Immediately received a call back about how it was out of stock and it would take about a week to fill. Last year during this same time it took about two weeks so instead of bothering i gave them time and waited for them to call or for two weeks to hit for me to call and check well i called this afternoon and now they have no record of me calling or my prescription even though i have phone records showing they called me 9/5 afternoon about placing the order for it. Knows my family by name, always friendly, super fast, never have to wait always has meds in stock or can obtain quickly!
I love this pharmacy. The staff recognize me & are totally on top of my refills! The pharmacists are professional as well as personal. Even if I'm just shopping & not picking up a prescription they recognize me & always say hello & ask me how I'm doing! Thank you Sam's pharmacy for making me feel important!💞
