Careful about store hours. I checked this site on Sunday. It was posted as open on Sunday at 12 noon. Drove over and found Optical was closed. This was not just a one time only. Staff said it's never been open on Sunday. I asked that they update their site to reflect that the Optical department is NOT open on Sundays. What a waste of time.
I had a really good experience at the optical center. Leslie cares about customers and went out of her way to help me!
Less then 1 Star Sam Optical is the worst don’t get your prescription there! I brought in my own designer frame and it is gone, just gone!!!!! Thief's is what they are!!!! Say no more.
Very unhappy with the service I received this location, the doctor who was supposed to provide my contact lens exam seemed more focused on making a sale than providing me the care I was seeking. Left unassisted and unsatisfied.
