Arrived a few minutes prior to closing at the Round Rock optical center. I planned to drop-off my daughter's broken eyeglasses and pickup the next day. The optometrist worked past closing time to repair the broken glasses and replace the pre-ordered lenses. Thank you!

Today was the second time that I attempted to pick up my glasses. Last Friday, after traffic, I arrived at 4:55 pm, and they said they could not take care of me bc they lady with the “keys” was already out. Today, I here at 4:25 pm, knowing that they closed at 5 pm, and even though they are about to check out for the day, the staff decided to take a break and told me that they will be back at 4:43pm and that I will have to wait! Seriously?? Is it too much to ask that they work the full last hour of the day?
