I went in with two prescriptions for contact for my kids and zero idea what to expect or what I was doing. Vesna was just phenomenal at helping me understand the process and taking the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed and when she could tell something was going over my head she proactively walked me through it again until it was clear that I understood. She could not have been more pleasant and kind. Hold on to this one Sam's! She is truly exceptional at her job.

They made copies of my insurance card to see how much the exam would be. Told me they would call back later and let me know. I called a week later and the lady at the front desk has no idea what I’m talking about and has difficulty communicating over the phone. They also seem very unorganized when I went inside. Papers all over the desk area and chatting with customers on the phone and in person at the same time.

Me and my partner called ahead to make an appointment, they were able to fit us in the same day at 4pm. We accepted and rushed over. We got there at 3:55, waited and waited. At 4:45, we both did our, "pre test," where they had us fit our faces into small machines (chin in slot, forehead against piece of plastic) and they DID NOT CLEAN THE MACHINES BETWEEN EACH PERSON.
