Walked in and the worker was helping someone. She said I am the only one here. First instinct was to leave but I found frames. Then the worker acted like she never had to verify insurance before. So I told her I would go somewhere that wants my money. Avoid Sam's Optical at all costs.

If zero stars was an option, they'd get zero stars. They messed up my sons glasses order 3 times! First the frame, then the lenses and then the lenses again. Unfortunately, we didn't realize they were wrong the 3rd time until he was having a hard time getting used to them so I brought them into Pearle Vision and they confirmed his prisms in the wrong side of his lenses. They also told me it would take 8 weeks to refund the insurance I used. I will never purchase eye glasses from Sam's club again.

So so experience. Was kind of irritated that the lady wasn't in there to help for about ten minutes, than I seen her walking up with two ladies to help them check out their shopping things from the main floor. I had legitimate business there at the optical yet I guess it's not the optical just another cash register. Please stick to your department. Really nice lady, not too bright in the pricing area or really much for that matter. Maybe I'll stick to the regular optical stores from now on.

They open at 11am on Sunday and it’s 11:15 and no one show up. I need to pick up the glasses for my son
