The Optical associates at Sam’s Club in Riverview are incredibly helpful and kind! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed — great service and great attitudes. Highly recommend!
I have been waiting almost two weeks for a replacement pair of sunglasses. I was told a week ago that they were delayed because the frames were out of stock. I called today and was told that it would be another week because the frames were in but the lenses had not been made. This is totally unacceptable, there are just too many options to settle for this type of horrible customer service.

I took my family to Sam’s Club Optical to get some glasses and contacts. Heather was very helpful and took care of the whole family. She was on top of everything from questions to us receiving our glasses and made sure everything was perfect. My pair I wanted was not available in her store. I was going to settle for a pair that they had instead. Heather went out of her way and found the pair I wanted at a different store and got them for me. extremely unprofessional. no one acknowledges that you’re there or cares to let you know if or when they’ll be with you. I waited and asked 1 of 3 “working” opticians if someone could put my prescription into the system and order CL. I was told “yes, when someone is available.” meanwhile, everyone looks lost 😂 So i wait again and another person walks straight in and gets help right away. what. a. joke. don’t waste your time here.
