Dr Jennifer in franklin was so nice and took so much effort explaining what changes as we're aging Christine in optical was outstanding. She had my wife's preferences saved from several years ago. She was such a pleasure and helped both of us reach great choices.
5 stars aren't enough to describe our experience with THIS specific location!! Christine is a huge asset to this company as she has gone above & beyond in customer service!! We live in Florida, dropped in that store while visiting family in the Franklin area. Their selection of frames for both women & men are far superior than at our local store and dealing with Christine was just fantastic! The staff is absolutely the nicest.
I went to Sam’s Optical today and Missy waited on me. She was so professional and polite and knowledgeable. Best experience I’ve ever had with an Optician. Selection and price was great. If I could have given her a 10 I would have. I hope she is appreciated by her employer. She is the reason I will always go there. Superior service!!!!
