Front desk is fabulous. The eye Dr. has awful customer service with the worst attitude! First encounter I thought possibly she had a bad day. Nope! Every time she was just short, snotty, so quick to turn me away! • Changed my current contact prescription to the point where the contacts were unable to wear. • Follow up appointment took over 6 weeks to be seen. • Dr. can be 35 minutes late for your appointment, if you are 8 minutes late she will make you reschedule. • Exam was in December, it is now almost April. Prices were good without insurance, the eye doctor is very kind and informative I would highly recommend going here for your eye care needs.
We loved our visit at SamOptical! The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and professional. They were able to answer all our questions and were knowledgeable about how we could get part of our purchase reimbursed by our insurance. I’ve been disappointed by visits to other eye doctors and offices, so being treated so well at Sams was such a relief!
I tried Sam's Club for my exam for the first time. In the past, I had only ordered my glasses and contacts from Sam's. WOW! I will be a returning customer! I was able to schedule my appt. within the week and had selection of am/pm. The physician saw me timely. Dr. Christina Rexford's exam was very thorough.
