I came to Sam's Club Hearing Department in Ames, Iowa for testing and hearing aids. Reid tested my hearing and helped me with hearing aids. He was a gem - knowledgeable, patient, he explained everything so well! Since then, I have recommended Sam's to others. Thank you, Reid and Sam's!
