I am standing in and have been for 30 minutes a line where 1 checker is checking. easily 15K in purchases. I politely ask if they are calling for help. Kim a manager bites back with "we only have 1 checker right now." I reply with "hmm 4 of you spend 5 minutes talking about weekend plans, then 2 of you are now staring at 1 checker, from afar, do her job. Amazon deserves to crush you. Love my Sam’s!! Everybody there goes above and beyond their line of work. Wherever you go and whatever you do you will always be helped with very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient employees!
Customer appreciation day and because of a "new" way they are running the check outs I have to remove my daughter from the cart and hold her for nearly 15 minutes while they ring everything up. She was happy and content in the cart.
I wasnt there 5 minutes and Joe came up and offered to help me. Went above and beyond. Super nice and knowledgeable. The gals checking out were too. Store was clean and neat. Love my Sams club
3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and 3 cashiers checking out. 10 deep at least. I’ve been waiting to check out for over 1/2 hour. Unbelievable!
Went in for the one day sale on US Cellular phones. They open at 7am and we showed up at 7am. We were informed that the phones were already all sold. Apparently, they were pre ordered. How do you pre order on a one day sale item. I even asked on Thursday if there was anything I could do to speed up the process and was told no. I was so frustrated. We just left without grabbing anything else.
