Why is we have a Sam's Club and we have to go out of town, to OKC or Wichita Falls to get simple items like Creamate coffee cream and 2 liters of Dr Pepper?
Sam's club Lawton Ok has the most lackadaisical service dept. I've EVER seen. 1 1/2 hour to get a flat fixed! I could understand if they were busy but they were NOT. Staff on cell phones, eating candy bars, bullshiting. Grandma moved faster than these young men. think twice about buying tires at Sam's. If available I would give them a minus 5 star rating.
