great prices clean store helpful staff
I've been a member since 2011 and a Plus member for two years. In the last few months I've had a lot of issues. Today, I made the decision NOT to renew my membership. I've had multiple packages damaged and then today, when calling customer service about a genuine question about cash rewards that I didn't understand, the customer service member got an attitude with me and then hung up on me. I never got an answer to my question.

Good selection of products. I hate that they have taken away the great customer service experience I used to get. They have now gone to self check out. Takes the employee contact right out of service.
Really unhappy with Sam’s today. I had already been there twice to get the 4 gallon jugs of water. I called today to ask if they had any as I didn’t want to make a third trip. I was told, “Yes.” I asked if she was sure because I didn’t want to make a wasted trip. She said, “Yes, I’m sure. Someone else called earlier about this and we checked to make sure.” Well, they didn’t have it and I couldn’t talk to a manager because they were all in a meeting.
