Weird, young Asian girl works at this location. Everytime (yes, literally) when my boyfriend and I come here for some shopping, she would creepily follow us. We would even sometimes purposely drive to the Odessa location just to avoid her. My boyfriend says she has psychotic eyes... and I don't doubt that due to her *obnoxious* body language. Every time I go to the meat department since after thanksgiving there is nothing in the counter can't get any help. I Ring and ring the buzzer no help, then when I do get help nobody knows anything or we are out,didn't order it. Look's to me like they don't care there management is the same way, greeted by a guy in tan slacks acted like he was the boss but he was no help seems they think its funny but would rather them tell me I am wasting my time then tell me some story. There going to get crushed when that HEB opens sad
It's a phenomenal store. Carries all my grocery & household items, & their personnel are very helpful & friendly.
Went by this morning to kill some time before appointment use the bathroom so I could come back and get cold items before I drove the 60 plus miles home and was not even let on the door. Said it was policy well I have been shopping for 20 plus years and never had this problem. Good by Sam's .

Just went in and had to use the restroom and there was toilet paper all over the floor, the sinks were nasty and yellow and the floor looked like it had been dirty mopped NASTY! They need to have someone go in there hourly and check it and clean it hourly! My god it even needs a little air freshener! SEESH! All I have to say is very pathetic!
