The store Mgr. Ruben is very helpful & professional. We were doing fundraising there & he went over a few times to check on us & make sure everything was going well. Best store Mgr they have had in a long time:)
Had a very bad experience today. Have been a member for 8 years never had this type of poor customer service. Long lines long wait time to lay out. Then I get there finally and am told after like 15 minutes that the pants I was buying were recalled. The manger I talked to was not helpful at all. Why is there stuff in the shelves that has been recalled is my question!and a simple offer for me to find another pair and pay at the service desk would have been nice. Signs are all messed up and the some things are not labeled and customer service could learn to serve the people better ��
Bentonville needs to get involved again. 45 minute wait to get a dock door is unacceptable. Then taking breaks out of the normal time slot, just because a truck shows up. We are treated like 3rd and 4th class steerage and this crap is going to stop.
