Recommend yes,,, but don’t take your bottle returns there if machine gets jammed or full or paper jam you’ll be there for 45 minutes literally !!! They need to cross train all the employees on how to work a simple Bottle-machine,, even the ladies that just stand at the door marking receipts🤷🏽♂️ it only takes a hot minute to handle the issue ,. I got there at 6:35 had three different issues with the machine they called for help was still standing there at 7:15 plus manager told me to do my shopping which I did got to check... read more
I am most disappointed that this location no longer carries the Fresh Step cat litter. The other two brands you now carry can’t even compare. I miss the 4 pack convenience and price. Please bring it back to Saginaw!
I am very impressed with one of the employee's at Sam's club. His name was jim, and he assisted my mother and I during the busy Black Friday sales. He was very helpful, professional, and displayed a happy and welcoming demeanor. Very seldom these days during the holiday seasons do you come across such genuine customer service. You have a womderful asset to your team! Thanks Jim from Sams Club! :)
I checked the website for hours. I drove there today on Thanksgiving. Closed, even as I type this. Their Facebook says they are open. I live 30 mins away. Should have posted, updated their hours for the holidays
You need to learn how to get people through the line to LEAVE THE STORE QUICKER. Good grief. The line was all the way to the back of the store!
Ordered a 2 tier cake and 30 cupcakes for my daughters 16th bday party this past weekend. Although the cake and cupcakes were decorated very pretty they tasted awful... NO TASTE at all.. very blah. No flavor. We ended up throwing most of the items away. I also purchased an apple pie and cherry pie and those were not great either .. no taste. Very disappointed in the bakery items.
