How is it that I am told that Sams Club cannot require masks when people are shopping, but other big box retailers can? Sams is a private shopping club that I pay yearly DUES to be a part of - having my health put in jeopardy was not part of the bargain. Menards - CANNOT walk into the store without a mask on. Today we were in store shopping and three items on instant savings didn’t come up on our bill...we live about an hour away so I tried to call no answer in any department..I tried several times. Our instant savings total was $10.00. I want to drive back but my husband says well just never go back!

We used the senior concierge pick up this morning for the first time and I want to say “Great Job & Thank You “ to all the associates involved! They were so polite and helpful and made this experience awesome! I appreciate you and all you do!
At this time I would NOT recommend Sam's Club. I was at Sam's Club this afternoon looking at a mattress, I asked 4 different Sales Associates for help, waited 25 minutes for help. Not 1 Sales Associate came to Assist me. Very Disappointed!!!!

Waited almost an hour to get my new chairs and now I could be home instead driving home in the pouring rain. If they would’ve been more organized I would’ve got home before the rain. Not happy. Last week when I bought my couch it took an hour to get that also.
