I hope some returns my cell phone to Sam's Club, left it in the family bathroom and when I went back 20 min. later it was gone, and the employees said it has not been returned. Im still in shock. Whoever has it please return it. God will multiply your honesty and generosity.
A whole 3 lines open for the 40+ people in line. Ridiculous especially since this is a Saturday! Maybe some better planning and/or management is needed because, and I think I speak for the at least 10 people ahead of me and 9 people behind me, we have other things to do as well, not just sit for an hour in line!
This Sam's Club doesn't compare in any way to the one in Roseville California. The Palmdale has employees who are argumentative. We had a very bad experience while shopping there. Who ever the manager is for this store; he needs to be sent to the woodshed. If anyone would like to see a well run Sam's Club; visit Roseville California. The staff at Roseville is SO nice and very helpful. I am so disappointed in Palmdale.
Do not buy electronics at Sam's. They'll break down and you're stuck with a defective device. Sam's will NOT help in getting them replaced or repaired. Terrible business ethnics.
