Terrible customer service. I even called the club and spoke with a supervisor. when I told her about what was going on I said that the customer service had gone down badly in the last 2 years. she said yes they have a new store manager and that is why. I was shocked she would say that. I then said we would not renew our membership in February and she said that if I come in they will refund my membership amount now. wow, so don't address the issue just refund me. ok, no problem, on to my refund and then Costco membership.

I love Sam's club. this store is always very clean, everything is very easy to find. the isles are wide enough to walk with your shopping car.. Good is very fresh!! I highly recommend my friends to go and download the app. it helps to go in and out the store Quick and happy 😊 Thank you Sam's for making life easier.

Do Not purchase prescription eyewear because they will not change the perscription if you can't see. My Dr. changed my rx and Sams Club refuses to change one lens. They insist that I have to buy a whole set of lenses again!! I just purchased these lenses last month.That is the craziest thing I have ever heard since I have worked in the eyewear business before. Prescription glasses are not covered under the return warranty because they are custom made. Buyer beware!!
