Lots of neat stuff! Friendly employees!
I wouldn't recommend the bakery department, I thought by switching Sam's it would be better but same thing happened I specifically wrote whip cream they put buttercream. Also, didnt put price sticker so they had to go back to bakery & get information, which made me late to birthday event.
Kiosk was broken and I was hung up on twice when calling the number provided to notify workers I was there for my pickup items. The gentleman who loaded my car was friendly. However I has soft items like my avacados placed underneath heavy items that cause them to bruise and puncture the avacados that were way over ripened and browned. I also recieved a bulk box of 18 activia that expires in 3 days after specifically noteing in my order to provide the latest dated items possible. I orde.red a trampoline a week ago. I have been contacting Sam's Club for almost a week because the next day it said ready to ship but it didn't ship. On three occasions I was told it was stuck in processing but they fixed it. They cannot seem to get in contact with the shipping people No one can give me a straight answer about my order and the status of it. I have never been so frustrated! After doing some research, I found I am not the only person with a problem like this.
Do NOT buy gift cards from Sam’s Club in Moore. We bought Outback Gift Cards from Sam’s to give to our Veterans at Church. 8 of the 12 Cards we purchased show ZERO dollars in them. Sam’s has not offered any resolution yet.
RecommendedProblem is the old people’s carts always die mid stream. I learned the “Secret” Trick though. There are plugs hidden where the food samples are given and by the freezers. Gotta adapt I guess. I shop many Sam’s a good manager has this under control!!
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We come once a week and are always treated well. Just had a minor issue with a bakery order and not only did they give me a refund for the item but bought my lunch from the cafe after. Shoutout to Sammie for being helpful and efficient even though it was extremely busy.
