I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well. SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them. When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with. I filed a complaint because the auto center did a poor job changing my tires. The local store could do nothing to remedy the situation but after filing my complaint, I was contacted by a customer service rep Michael who showed the utmost level of professionalism and care. Because of this experience, I plan on continuing to use Sam’s knowing that people at the upper levels do have the customers best interest in mind.
