"What i ordered was supposed to be delivered in about 2 and 1/2 weeks guaranteed. That didn't happen finally got it a month later.I called customer service at least 1/2 dozen times to try and cancel order one person said i could then called back few days later and they said it wasn't cancelled that i couldn't cancel because it was in process. which was a lie because it was 2 weeks later that i finally received it. I visited the Williamstown Sams Club today to try on a ring sizer at the jewelry section of the store. There are no other jewelers within my area to try on a ring sizer and that was my last resort since I was looking to buy a ring. The associate at the club refused to let me try on the ring, citing the pandemic. However you can still purchase jewelry from Sam's Club which makes absolutely no sense because why would you buy jewelry if you cant even try on a ring sizer to figure out the size you need to buy. I would not trust them at all with online orders OR RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS (at least in the current state with the pandemic). If you make an online order you should expect that it will be late (or lost) and you will not be able to return it easily. Online ordering is a scam. I placed an order online for an item ($281) and was charged immediately. Item was due to arrive in 5-7 business days. I called 10 business days later and was told I would be contacted within 5 business days by the "back office". I called back again and was connected with the item vendor who confirmed Sam's never even placed the order with them. Good luck calling customer service- no one can take care of anything without a supervisor- who they say is always busy. We ordered a tv costing almost $4k and that alone was a headache. Then they never credited our charge card for over $300 that they said they would because the prices dropped the next day. My husband has been on hold now for an hour and still can't speak to a supervisor. Customer service is sorely lacking and we will likely cancel our plus membership.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Online shopping returns from pure hell. Had a marble table shipped back via their pilot freight services cleared by management to return over three weeks ago. Received confirmation that it arrived to their warehouse and I have been calling the 800 number every single day speaking to supervisors who don't know what they are doing to execute the refund back to my card for 550.00. Now they have the product and my money and when you call the 800 number you get incompete... read more

I placed a curbside order, I arrived went to the App marked myself at club and my parking spot. 15 minutes later nothing I called the store operator gave them my name and my parking spot as well told her I had been waiting and now there were two other cars waiting. The woman said I will tell them, five minutes later two female associates came out and gave the other two cars their groceries I asked one of them what about my order she in a very rude manner I don't know and walked away. Very, very, poor Automobile/TIRE Service, and very poor customer service also, Sam's Store Located in Highway 45 South and El Dorado Blvd. in Houston TX. went today at 9:30 am so they can check a low tire the car had and for a rotation of tires, since they say if you buy the tires there the rotation is free.
