What a joke customer service is was on line for over twenty minutes with someone who could not listen and was not very fluent in English. He could not help! I ask for a supervisor and after waiting for quite some time my call was routed to Fed Ex which had nothing to do with my call. I signed up for the Sam's Plus to get free shipping and until today that was the case. Today they want to charge $6.98 for shipping when in the past I have not paid shipping on same order. Buyer beware!

The 1250 Airport Blvd Pensacola, FL 32504-8610 Has got to be the most poorly run Sams in the country or maybe this is just business as usual for all Sams locations. Today for the second time in 2 months a cashier charged my groceries to my Sams Credit Card. Should have learned lesson first time I ordered on-line from Sam's Club. They did not deliver as promised. Thought I would give them a second chance. Placed an order on-line again. Received and email that it had shipped. I then got an email that it was delivered and signed for. The problem was that it was delivered to an address in New York, but I live in Missouri. I recently bought on 7/6/20 a $961.93 Laptop computer from Sam's Club online. In the selling ad, they were offering a 2-year extended care pack warranty From HP. I registered my product at HP which was a Joke. Then looked at my warranty coverage and it showed no extended 2-year care pack. Using the Same club app, I placed an order for pickup. When I went to payI got the message" Sorry something went wrong, please try again later. Error code 521." And the app went back to the check-out screen. I tried to checkout again and it said " your cart is empty let's go shopping" I re-entered my order, paid with no problem and got a confirmation email. Horrible Customer Service - Cancelled Membership! I have been purchasing expensive 6V Duracell batteries from this location in Surprise, AZ for many years for my remote off grid desert home. These batteries are for my solar system. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this location (many other products as well). I have never initiated a return with them. Om May 19th I ordered Laminate Flooring 2pack and 66pack. I got 2pack first, but it was damaged. I checked their website if I can reorder it so I will have enough laminate to cover my rooms. But the item was out of stock. I called to Sams Customer Service, and they scheduled FedEx pickup for 2pk for return and 66pk were cancelled because it will not be enough. I ordered two Laptop computers on May 17,2020 online. I received the items on May 21, 2020. I only opened one of the laptop the screen image wasn't good. So I returned both of the laptop on May 25,2020 through FedEx. I received an email the same day and my refund of $0 has been issued. I would not waste time placing orders online with Sam's club. I placed an order with three items. I received two of the three and then waited two days after the expected delivery date of the missing item. I then contacted Sams support via online chat. That is when they informed me that Sam held the third item to verify my address. Even though they sent the other two items just fine.
