Sad how you can't spell Tiffany when I clearly spelled it for them .. Guess listening isn't a hiring requirement! Returned items 2 days later still my money is not in my account. Sorry employees refused me a cash refund. Be careful when buying things at this location!.. NO STAR identity theft alert.

On our last visit there the cash out registers were not working properly and we had an employee at the entrance set up my wife’s and my IPhones to shop, scan and check out thru the Sam’s Club app. I must admit in the beginning I was frustrated with the learning curve of the app. It didn’t take long to figure it out and we scanned as we shopped items through out the store. Store staff are Fantastic! Customer service, bakery, dairy, pizza areas have knowledgeable & helpful people. The delivery staff are a nightmare. First two orders slightly damaged when dropped at my doorstep but stayed intact. This third time was a complete disaster. They dropped my Mediterranean Kale salad in the driveway, placed the box in front of my screen door to prevent me opening it. I wish I could revoke the $15 tip since I had to wipe off the items delivered and shovel it off my driveway. Store is great, delivery has... read more
