At least 15 people were serviced before me although I was there before them and checked in on the app. When I had to approach a Sam's associate the first thing he asked me was "are you sure you're at the right location " as if there was a another club I frequent. Not the first time I endured racist behavior at this Sam's club, and the manager Adam seems okay with his associates laziness as well. Filing a complaint with corporate at this point. While I prefer Costco, Sam's club has a lot of great stuff too. I especially appreciate that their app works better when it comes to checking out.
The shopping experience was GREAT, things were easy to find, paying was a breeze. The gas station was a bloody nightmare, utter chaos, no rhyme or reason, one idiot had left their car just blocking a pump when all the other ones were jammed up and one was not working. It's obvious these pumps are old. We don't have a physical card so I was scanning the QR code at the pump, you go through the entire process, verify the CC you want to use and then all for nothing cos it tells you an error has occurred and "to pay at the pump" ... read more
