I always appreciate the customer service in the tire department at the Glen Carbon store. Sam’s holds true to their warranties. We’ve used the warranty a few times now. It is very difficult to make a rotation appointment on the phone but anytime I stop in person they almost always get me in. Today Donovan was so helpful. Got us in immediately for a rotation.
