The kitchen is not short staffed and the line is not very long, but it's still completely distinctional. I think it's a problem with management from the top down at Sam's Club since 2021. The workers have no direction at any level. No drive, no hustle, no organization. They are completely aimless and so is their location. We had clearly agreed to install the two new tires on the rear, as recommended. Instead, they went ahead and put them on the front, claiming that’s what was requested. It feels like they chose what was easiest for them without properly consulting or informing you. At the very least, they should inspect the car first and confirm with the customer before making different decisions.
