My brother has PTSD and we went to make a payment on his Sam's credit card. Rotasha as a customer service person should learn how to deal with customers that may not look like her or have a disability he was just pointing out to her that they needed to be on other side for making a payment and her facial expression pissed me off because I work in management and I catch myself doing it when speaking with the warehouse team or my drivers and others see it also.
