We have been a member at Sam's for well over a decade and always loved getting a quick bite to eat especially after we had kids. We went yesterday to do our Sunday shopping like we always have every other Sunday, and get some pizza and hotdogs. You can no longer buy food at the counter, now you have to do something on a app and then wait to receive and email. Apparently you can’t order in person at the snack area and have to order on the app. It was easier to pay and order in person.
Although the store is nice the people there are unprofessional and rude. The managers can’t do things correctly and take it out on employees that don’t deserve it. Very unprofessional
So disappointed in this store. It's clean and well organized, MUCH better than snellville. Infact, I didn't buy anything at the snellville location because it was nasty in there, I just waited til I would be in Athens. I was really looking forward to a cinnamon prezel when the girl at the snack bar counter told me I had to download the app and pay with a card.
