9/14/25 This is at least 2nd time in a few months, when store has issue with cooling, and customers are blocked from all of frozen/ fresh/ cooled produce. Employees have no clue when refrigerators are going to be fixed. Bad management. I wish they could keep Buffalo Grove location store.

It has been excellent job from Mona. She assisted me today for membership and call synchrony to solve my card issue. I am very glad. Wonderful lady. Great to see good employee.
