There food court service sucks.they can never make a pizza to take home.): Also costumer service in general just sucks. We decided to give Sam's a try but we definitely will be returning to Costco when our membership expires at Sam's.
No way to message Sam’s. They just rolled out scan and go program app. Scan and go sounds great but won’t this back the checkout system you have at the door? That door person would need to be sure to check the customers smartphone app vs number of items in the cart to be sure item to item matches the smart phone receipt. This program sounds too easy for Sam’s club to get ripped off and your theft reports will go up.
My 2 star rating is specific to the food/snack counter. The last few times I've tried to get food there has been an unacceptably long wait for hotdogs. Yesterday I was told 25 minutes. I didn't wait. That is ridiculous. This was at 5:30, so not like it was close to closing time when they wouldn't want to make them ahead and worry about them going to waste.
A whole bunch of thanks and praise to Brenda and Frank for effortlessly helping me find what I was looking for. They deserve trophys. Thanks again! They were awesome!
