Terrible customer service! Ordered Christmas cards and went to pick them up and not delivered as promised. They have no idea where they are or when they will be there and will not refund my money!

ALL weekend lines as long as the store. ONLY 2 fricken cashiers working. Horrible will not be coming back and do NOT recommend anyone go to this location.
On hold for 53.03 minutes to make an appointment to get online ordered tires put on. Held so long that I called from my land line. Put on hold on that call for 15 minutes, got answered and put on hold again...in the meantime, my cell phone call was still on hold which how I know the length of time I waited, as it tells em the length of time per call.

Take the "Instant Savings' signs down BEFORE the start of the next business day. If you insist on leaving them up to "Trick" everyone into buying something because the sign says "Instant Savings". I know, you are going to say "the expire date is on the sign". Why then is it half the size of the smallest print on the sign and it isn't in bold face like everything else on the sign. You look at the sign from 10 feet away and all you see is "Instant Savings" and the price, big and bold as can be. Who in their right mind is going... read more
