Sams Carpet Cleaning came to our school to assist with the cleanup after a major water leak. They were very kind and efficient. They did a fantastic job and offered a generous price. We would highly recommend them, and if we ever need their services again, we will definitely use them! Thank you for a job well done.

had good chicken wings but the fries were soggy
Our basement carpet flooded after two days of heavy rain. The Sams technician arrived the same day as the service request! Great service! The tech was very quick and efficient! He got to work quickly and we were satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend!
By far the worse experience of my life!! called the cops to have workers removed from my property! The workers finished early at another job before my appointment, so they called to pressure me into letting them come clean my carpets early (I'm assuming they wanted to be off work early). I was at work so I was not home nor available until my scheduled appointment time, which led to the workers approaching me hostile and upset when I pulled into my home 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time.
