We appreciate the work our appliance repair technician put into the service he provided. It was apparent that he had the necessary skills and knowledge to complete the repair in a timely manner. It made a great impression on us that he took time prior to our appointment to research and prepare for solving the issue at hand. Our first time ever to have an appliance technician to our home. Found Sam’s and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone. He’s honest, knowledgeable, prompt and isn’t looking to make all his income on just one person. Extremely personable and professional. He’s now on our speed dial incase we need him again or incase our friends and family are in need. Trust doesn’t come easy now days but you can trust Sam!!

From the time I scheduled first visit received text communication for what time tech was going to be onsite. Once Sam was onsite Sam was very professional, took Sam short time to Diagnose issue. Sam ordered parts and was back onsite week later to install.. Drier is working like a new one!!! Thanks Sam
