Couldn’t be happier! My refrigerator was fixed in a hour and the technician was excellent. He educated me and discussed ways to prevent what happened in the future!! I was impressed!
Our dishwasher would not start, I thought the control panel had failed. I contacted Sam’s Appliance Repair/Grove Appliance and made a service appointment for a repair estimate. Sam”s asked for a photo of the control panel, I sent the photo! Within 10 minutes they texted me to try a reset function by pressing holding the rinse button for 3-7 seconds and see if the dishwasher would work. We needed a repair on our Frigidaire refrigerator icemaker. The repairmen that came were excellent. Also, appreciated the texts and phone calls regarding when they would arrive. Very professional!!!
